How can I get rid of the 'Tab Closed......Undo' blue banner that appears at the bottom of every open tab when I close another one? No offense intended to those who design… (read more)

How can I get rid of the 'Tab Closed......Undo' blue banner that appears at the bottom of every open tab when I close another one? No offense intended to those who designed it, but I find it super annoying--it blocks part of the screen, and obviously I know I just closed another tab--I don't need a large banner at the bottom of the page telling me I just did that.

Is it possible to translate a webpage (like in Safari, where I can tap the icon in the address bar and then choose “Translate to German” from the menu that appears)?

(In my case, I would select German.)
